Complementary to our software, we offer custom services to make sure, you have everything you need. Simply book dedicated services from the ValueFlow team. We're happy to help you with your specific challenges.
AI model setup
ValueFlow builds on top of AI models (such as GPT4) but it does not include them. Instead we want to give our customers a free choice in their model selection and where they choose to host it. While this approach has many advantages (no model lock-in, compliance, control), the customer is tasked with setting up their AI model by themselves.
For companies that don’t feel comfortable doing this on their own, we happily provide the service of setting up their AI models on the infrastructure of their choice (such as Microsoft Azure).
Custom flow creation
ValueFlow offers ready-made flows that our users can simply configure and run. We are building flows quickly making sure to expand our solutions.
While we also have a ‘suggest-a-flow-feature’, you might want certainty that the next flow we build is yours.
If this is the case and you have some very specific flows that you are missing, you have the option to book our custom flow creation services, where we build flows just for you.
Custom integration creation
ValueFlow offers integration, through which flows and interact with third-party tools. There is an endless amount of tools out there, so it is unlikely that we have every integration for every customer.
Just as for flows, we have a ‘suggest-an-integration-feature’, which we invite you to use. If you need this integration right away, we recommend to book our custom creation service.
Custom live support
ValueFlow offers free email and chat support, next to several support resources and documentation.
